Prime Panels is pleased to announce it has extended its product warranties on all its Prime Melamine, Prime Acrylic and Prime Laminate panels to 10 years. 

Chief Executive of NZ Panels Group, Lou Cadman,  said that the company's new purpose-built site in East Tamaki had led to significant quality improvements over the past year as new plant and processes had been introduced.

"This is especially true of our acrylic production which is now made in a state-of-the-art clean room facility, using the latest German technology, and with meticulous attention to quality."

He said high confidence in the Prime Panels product quality from New Zealand Panels Group made the decision to extend the warranties an easy one.

The new warranties come into effect from today (14 Feb 2018) and apply to all melamine, acrylic and laminate products supplied since January 2018.

While the change to a 10 year warranty for melamine, acrylic and laminate under the Prime Panels brand brings it into line with the Prime Stone products, the warranty document for Prime Stone will remain separate due to the specific care instructions and conditions.

Prime Veneer retains its current seven year warranty and this has a separate warranty document.
