Our range of high quality composite stone is made from a mix of recycled glass, glass sand and silica.  Much of our refreshed range takes its inspiration from European marble and stone, setting a new benchmark for sophistication combined with affordability.

Prime Stone has options in both low-silica or zero-silica, putting them firmly within the range of granite silica levels and making them a substantially safer option.  

Larger samples of our new designs are on display at the NZ Panels Group showroom at the Residium Design Centre in Auckland (in the drawers in our main island unit) and are currently on display at the Home Ideas Centre in Christchurch.  

Design considerations:  Because of the manner in which stone slabs are made, batch variations are to be expected.  Samples will therefore be indicative but will not be an exact match to what you receive.   If you have any concerns, please ensure you view the slab at your stone fabricator before it is cut. Samples labelled low-silica can be used as reference for designs that are now zero-silica as differences are minimal.

Digital prints.  When using designs that have digital prints, care should be taken in regard to prolonged or excessive UV exposure. Some fading may occur. Please factor this in when designing with these decors and avoid direct sun exposure.
