Simon Gaunt is our Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and South Auckland Specification Manager. Simon has been working in the interior and glass products industries for more than 20 years with experience in supporting architects and designers with product specification. He is passionate about working collaboratively to help specifiers achieve the very best results to meet their performance, aesthetic and budget requirements.

Kirsty is the most recent addition to our Specification team, looking after architects and designers from Wellington up to Napier and New Plymouth. Kirsty has a background in sales and merchandising, and started with us as a samples merchandiser in 2023 which gave her a great understanding of our product ranges. With a passion for interiors and more than a passing interest in joinery matters, she's well placed to support specifiers with their project requirements.

With 10 years at NZ Panels Group, firstly as an account manager for Dezignatek and then as a specification manager, Viv balances her great eye for interiors with a wealth of product knowledge and experience. Viv prides herself on being a proactive account manager with a warm and friendly manner who provides a high level of customer service. Viv's territory ranges beyond Canterbury to encompass Central Otago specifiers.

Melanie is a hugely experienced specification manager who joined the Christchurch-based team in late 2023 and is now working with architectural practices right across the South Island. With previous roles at Vidaspace, Timberline, Forbo and Inzide, Melanie has amassed an impressive amount of technical knowledge and built up a loyal following among specifiers. Her unbridled enthusiasm for interiors and high energy means she'll go the extra mile on every project.

Nicole brings over nine years of B2B sales experience across the building, construction, and media industries. Previously working as an Account Manager and Bathroom Specialist, where she developed a strong industry network and built lasting client relationships. With her blend of commercial expertise and marketing insight, she adds valuable strength to our specification and client engagement capabilities.

Jared has extensive experience in the engineered timber and wood-based panel industry. He held the role of Key Accounts Manager at one of Africa’s largest manufacturers of wood-based panel products. Jared has a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, bringing both strong commercial expertise and strategic insight to his role.
